Why a Seasonal Rental?
The owners of the property are river outfitters with trips on Idaho’s Middle Fork of the Salmon. During the summer they live in Salmon, Idaho.

What Utilities are Included?
Weekly garbage pick-up, water, electricity, cable TV, and wireless internet. Tenant is responsible for propane use.

Are pets allowed?
No.

How is the house heated?
There is a propane fireplace upstairs and a propane wall heater downstairs.

Is there parking?
There is plenty of on-the-street parking. The property does not have a garage. There is room for two vehicles in front of the house.

How is the water?
Water service is provided by the North Marin Municipal Water District. The water quality is outstanding.

Do furnishings include linens, towels, and cookware?
All of these items will be provided for the tenants use.

What about landscaping and yard maintenance?
Some minor garden care will be required of the renters. Monthly yard work will be done by an outside service.
